Graydon's First Haircut

With wild hair since birth,
our little Graydon was ready for a haircut at six months.
It was a family affair, and Jo Mae did a great job as she has for both of his grandmothers, his mother, his father, and his aunt for the past two decades.
If you need a great haircut, see Jo Mae Kunz at Ibiza Hair Design

Preserve Your Heritage

As the Jesusita Fire burned in Santa Barbara last week, I was creating family albums for a victim of our Tea Fire in November ... photographs gathered from her family and friends.

I found myself thinking how glad I was that I copied these old photographs for my Dad's 90th birthday celebration last year.

When a client called me today to copy 58 historic pictures of her family because the Jesusita Fire came way too close to taking them away forever, I realized there may be others I can help preserve precious memories that are irreplaceable. If you don't have duplicate slides, prints or negatives stored away from home, you might want to consider copying your pictures digitally and storing a disc elsewhere.

Give me a jingle or zip me an email if I can help.

660 Oak Springs Lane

660 Oak Springs Lane
Montecito
This portrait of a property was created with the help of the owner/designer, Lynn Proctor. It was an especially enjoyable architectural photography project because of the beauty of the home and gardens, and the pleasure of working side by side with the designer.

Mad Men and Women

A fifties cocktail party In celebration of my dear friend Gaylord this weekend. We wore our pearls, sipped our martinis and ate pigs in a blanket ... my favorite kind of event photography!
